Turn the call into a completed payment.

Your agent guides the customer to enter card details on the phone keypad, stays in the conversation, and receives only the result it needs. We are building the production path with isolated tones, paused recordings, a PCI DSS Level 1 vault, and your payment processor.

The customer is already on the call. Let them finish there.

A capable voice agent can answer the question, find the order, confirm the balance, and guide the customer. Secure keypad payment is the step that turns that useful conversation into a completed transaction.

01

Fewer handoffs

Keep the customer in one continuous conversation instead of transferring them or sending them elsewhere to pay.

02

Available after hours

Collect an invoice, deposit, or order payment when the finance desk or front desk is closed.

03

Built into the workflow

Return an approval or decline to the agent so it can confirm the next step and update the connected system.

PCI DSS compliant from keypad to processor

Every live payment will run through an end-to-end PCI DSS-compliant process. Sensitive card data stays outside the AI conversation, recording, transcript, and business tools from the moment the customer starts typing.

  1. 01

    The agent opens payment mode

It explains what will happen, stays present, and suspends unrelated actions until entry is complete.

  2. 02

    The caller uses the keypad

Actual DTMF audio is isolated from the AI path, with recordings paused during sensitive entry.

  3. 03

A Level 1 vault receives card data

The PAN goes to a PCI DSS Level 1 provider instead of the agent, transcript, or business tools.

  4. 04

    The processor returns a result

The agent gets only the status and limited display data it needs to finish the conversation.

The awkward details have already been engineered

A payment flow on a real phone line has to survive pauses, repeated network events, wrong digits, restarts, and a customer talking over the agent. The controlled keypad POC already handles the interaction layer.

Ordered, duplicate-safe input

Sequence-aware handling restores out-of-order keypad events and ignores retransmitted frames.

Natural recovery

The caller can press * to start again, # to finish, and recover without abandoning the call.

Built-in validation

Length rules and Luhn checks catch common entry mistakes before the payment reaches a processor.

No PAN in the model

The conversation receives only derived details such as card brand and last four after valid entry.

Patient timing

The inter-digit timer pauses while the agent is speaking, so the customer is not penalized for listening.

Bounded conversation

Keypresses count as activity and the agent cannot accidentally hang up while card entry is in progress.

Validated interaction. Production partners wanted.

We are opening the next build phase to businesses with a real payment use case. Design partners help shape processor support, workflow requirements, and launch priorities.

Questions before you join

Will the entire payment process be PCI DSS compliant?

Yes. Live card processing will only be enabled through an end-to-end PCI DSS-compliant process. Sensitive keypad tones are isolated, recording is suspended during entry, and card data goes directly to a PCI DSS Level 1 vault instead of the AI agent, transcript, or business tools. Every production deployment and processor connection will complete the required validation before activation.

Can the AI agent hear or read the card number?

In the target production flow, no. Sensitive keypad tones are isolated from the AI audio path, the recording is paused during entry, and the PAN is sent directly to the PCI vault. The agent receives only the payment result and limited display data, such as brand and last four.

Which payment processors can you connect?

Talk To My Agent can integrate with PCI DSS-compliant payment processors and card vault providers through their supported secure APIs. We connect your chosen provider and map authorization, capture, refund, and receipt flows to the way your business operates. Every integration completes end-to-end security and acceptance testing before it goes live.

Does the customer have to leave the call?

The intended experience stays inside the same call. The agent introduces payment mode, waits while the customer uses the keypad, then continues once the secure payment service returns a result.

Why use the keypad instead of asking for the number out loud?

A properly isolated DTMF flow keeps card details out of the model and transcript, gives the caller a familiar input method, and creates a clear technical boundary around sensitive data.
