Field service

Capture home-service leads. Before they call the next company.

Landscapers, cleaners and contractors miss calls while they work. The agent answers, takes the request and gets it into Jobber, so the lead doesn't move on. Our team connects your account during the build.

What customers ask. While your hands are full.

New requests, visit times and quick questions come in all day. The agent handles them, reads the details back and keeps your schedule up to date.

  • “Can you quote my yard?”A request with the address and the details
  • “When can you come?”A visit, booked or requested
  • “Is my cleaning still on for Friday?”The visit confirmed from your schedule
  • “Do you do gutters?”Answers from your services and policies

What the agent can do. Once it is connected to Jobber.

Each of these is set up for your account during the build. Which ones you get depends on what Jobber's API allows on your plan.

Captures every request

New client, address and what they need, read back before it goes into Jobber.

Books jobs and quote visits

Into Jobber where the API allows, or as a request for your office to confirm. The agent doesn't price the work itself.

Answers around the clock

Calls on evenings and weekends get a real answer instead of voicemail.

Confirms visits

A caller asking about a visit hears what is on your schedule.

Reminder calls

A call a day or two ahead to confirm or take a new preferred time, placed through our Voice API from your Jobber visits, with the result posted back to you.

Logs every call

A signed event after each call carries the call record, ready to note on the client's record in Jobber. The outcome and summary are on the call once it is evaluated.

How it connects. Built by our team, for your account.

There is no ready-made Jobber connector to install. During the build, our team connects your agent to Jobber with the same documented building blocks every agent uses: custom tools and the call webhook.

  1. 1

    Map the calls

We list the calls your team takes and the Jobber actions each one needs, and check what your Jobber account lets an outside system do.

  2. 2

    Connect the tools

Each action becomes a custom tool: an HTTPS request to Jobber's API that the agent makes during the call.

  3. 3

    Report every call

A signed event after each call carries its details and outcome, to log in Jobber or start your next workflow step.

  4. 4

    Test, then go live

Test calls run against your real Jobber account before any customer call reaches the agent.

Questions. Straight answers.

Is there a ready-made Jobber connector?

No. Our ready-made connectors today are Shopify, Wix Bookings and monday.com. Our team connects Jobber during the build, with custom tools against its API and the signed call.ended webhook. There is no Jobber app to install.

What do you need from our Jobber account?

API access for the actions you choose, such as a key or token created in Jobber. It is kept in the agent's gateway settings, never in its tool file, and each agent gets only the tools set up for it. What your Jobber plan lets an outside system do decides what the agent can do there, so we check that first.

What happens when the agent can't help?

With the caller's agreement, it passes the request to your team by email with a written summary, so someone can follow up. Every call also ends with a signed event your systems can act on.
